These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between owninvest (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the owninvest service (the "Service").
For service use, account deletion, or other inquiries, users may contact us through:

The Company provides features that help users explore and review investment-related information, including news, stock search and AI analysis, financial and price information, and backtesting tools.
Users may sign in through third-party authentication providers such as Google or Kakao.
Users must not misuse another person's account, interfere with service operations, repeatedly send abusive inquiries, or collect data using automated methods.
Materials within the Service are provided for personal and non-commercial use only.
Users may not commercially exploit, redistribute, resell, reproduce, republish, or database the materials without prior permission from the Company.
Scraping, crawling, and automated collection are also prohibited.
Information provided by the Company is for general reference only and does not constitute investment solicitation or investment advice.
Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and outcomes.
The Company may modify or suspend part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
Users may request account deletion through the in-app account deletion feature, by email (support@owninvest.net), or through the in-app 1:1 inquiry feature.
The Company may restrict service access if a user violates these Terms, sends abusive inquiries, or engages in fraudulent or improper use.
The Company may amend these Terms and will provide notice in the Service when material changes occur.
본 약관은 owninvest(이하 "서비스")를 이용함에 있어 owninvest(이하 "회사")와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

회사는 뉴스, 종목 검색 및 AI 분석, 재무 및 주가정보, 백테스팅 기능 등 투자 관련 정보 탐색과 참고를 돕는 기능을 제공합니다.
이용자는 Google 또는 Kakao 등 외부 로그인 수단을 통해 로그인할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 타인의 계정을 도용하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해하거나, 악성 문의를 반복하거나, 자동화된 수단으로 데이터를 수집하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 내 자료는 개인적·비상업적 이용만 허용됩니다.
이용자는 회사의 사전 허락 없이 자료를 상업적으로 이용하거나, 재배포, 재판매, 전재, 복제, 데이터베이스화하여서는 안 됩니다.
스크래핑, 크롤링, 자동수집도 금지됩니다.
회사가 제공하는 정보는 일반적인 참고자료일 뿐 투자 권유나 자문이 아닙니다.
투자 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
회사는 운영상 또는 기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능, 이메일(support@owninvest.net), 또는 앱 내 1:1 문의를 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
회사는 약관 위반, 악성 문의, 부정 이용이 확인되는 경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 서비스 내 고지합니다.
- Sign-in and account identification information: email address and user identifier (uid)
- When using the 1:1 inquiry feature: inquiry content, inquiry timestamp, and status information needed to process the inquiry
- Information that may be stored locally on the device: favorite symbols, saved strategy information, language/theme settings, and certain cached data
- Required consent history: whether the user agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, their versions, and the time of consent
- User identification and sign-in verification
- Service provision and access control
- Responding to 1:1 inquiries and user support
- Maintaining customer support history
- Responding to abusive inquiries and fraudulent or improper use
- Service improvement, error handling, and security management
We retain personal information until the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, 1:1 inquiry data may be retained until the user deletes the in-app conversation or, even after the inquiry purpose has been completed, to the extent reasonably necessary for operations.
Even if account deletion is completed through the in-app feature or through a separate request, some data stored in the device's local storage may not be deleted automatically and may require app deletion or direct user cleanup.
To provide the Service, we may use external services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Sign-In, and Kakao Login.
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, as well as account deletion. Requests may be submitted through:

Users may delete inquiry data through the in-app conversation deletion feature.
Personal information will be deleted without undue delay once the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been achieved. However, information may be retained for a certain period where required by applicable law or to the extent reasonably necessary for operations.

회사는 개인정보를 수집·이용 목적 달성 시까지 보유합니다.
다만 1:1 문의 데이터는 이용자가 앱 내 대화방 삭제 기능으로 삭제하기 전까지 또는 문의 처리 목적 달성 후에도 운영상 필요한 범위 내에서 보관될 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제가 앱 내 기능 또는 별도 요청을 통해 진행되더라도, 기기 내부 로컬 저장소에 저장된 일부 데이터(예: 즐겨찾기, 저장 전략, 설정, 캐시)는 자동으로 삭제되지 않을 수 있으며, 앱 삭제 또는 이용자의 직접 정리가 필요할 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Sign-In, Kakao Login 등 외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제 및 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 방법으로 접수할 수 있습니다.
